BULAWAYO – The Zimbabwe Election Commission (ZEC) says it will conduct two mobile voter registration exercises in February and April this year ahead of a constituency delimitation exercise expected to start in late August.
The Constitutional Court led by Chief Justice Luke Malaba handed down the abridged version of the judgment in the case in which the applicant (Nelson Chamisa) challenged the validity of the Presidential election held on 30 July 2018.
