Chivayo Takes State To Court Over Trial
HARARE - Intratek Zimbabwe director Wicknell Chivayo, who is being accused of paying a US$10,000 bribe to former Zimbabwe Power Company (ZPC) board chairperson Stanley Kazhanje in a Gwanda solar project deal, has petitioned the High Court seeking an order to stay his criminal trial set for October 28, 2019.
