ZURICH – Zimbabwe has been suspended by FIFA following the government’s refusal to reinstate the Felton Kamambo led board.
In a letter to ZIFA chief executive Joseph Mamutse, FIFA Secretary General Fatma Samoura said Zimbabwean national teams, clubs are no longer entitled to take part in international competitions until the suspension is lifted.
The suspension also means that ZIFA nor any of it’s members or officials may benefit from any development programs, courses or training from FIFA and or CAF.
