HARARE – MDC-T chairperson Morgen Komichi reached a new low in his battle with MDC Alliance leader Advocate Nelson Chamisa after launching a vile attack at him with a dry remark over the belonging of his wife and everything he owns.
Komichi who was speaking at the Morgan Tsvangirai Virtual Memorial meant to commemorate the late Prime Minister during the time of government of national unity (GNU).
Tsvangirai died on Valentine’s Day in 2018 after a long battle with cancer of the colon.
“All the people who were working under Tsvangirai are his people. No one belongs to Nelson (Chamisa). The fact that we remained here at Harvest House as MDC-T means everything that was for Tsvangirai is ours,” remarked Komichi.
“His wives, children or siblings are ours. The whole party is ours including legislators, councillors even MDC Alliance. We are the ones who inherited Tsvangirai’s estate,” Komichi chuckled.
